Following a delay in obtaining the project box culvert sections, the material arrived on site in the first half of the first quarter, and was installed. The box culvert was final inspected the last week of March. The project is complete.

Contractor E & D is awaiting delivery of the box culvert structures. Delivery is scheduled for February 2019. Mobilization and commencement of construction expected during January, and completion expected in 2nd quarter, 2019.

Council voted to award a construction contract to E & D Construction. The pre- con meeting was held and an notice to proceed was issued. A pre construction survey of the house at 5555 Colonial Drive has been conducted. Construction expected to start in early October.

Two bids were received, and Staff is recommending award of a construction contract to E & D Construction in the July 19 Council Agenda. Construction anticipated to begin late third quarter, and be completed by late first quarter 2019.

Coleman Company has nearly completed design for drainage box at 5555 Colonial Drive. Bid package assembly is underway. Bidding scheduled for first half of 2018.

This is a two part project. Design contract awarded via best bid form to Coleman Company Inc. for $6000 to design box culvert under Colonial Drive, extending along property line of 5555 Colonial Drive. Second part will address better drainage in the Woodland area.
