Williams Communications finally completed the 911 center to Master site link and demonstrated error free communication. Final system acceptance testing is still pending and not likely to be completed prior to things getting back to normal with the C-19 issues. Final phase payment is dependent upon successful completion of system acceptance testing. Project will close and complete upon final payment being made.

Project is complete with the exception of the final payment to Williams Communication. Williams Communications has so far been unable to demonstrate the Loop Protection feature required by the proposal documents. Though not part of the City responsibility, the County is still waiting on changes to the project relating to the Microwave installation at the 911 center. It is my understanding that remaining funds in this SPLOST 6 project were repurposed into other SPLOST 6 projects.
