Construction of the Highlands Station and the site was completed and SFD moved into the station in June 2021. Area of former temporary modular station was cleaned, graded and dressed in 2022. Minor building appurtenances are on order. Record drawings are to be completed and obtained from design consultant in time for project closeout in 2023.

Construction of the Highlands Station and the site is completed. SFD moved into the Station in June 2021. Awaiting record drawings from the design consultant. The modular facility has been sold and removed. Its remaining appurtenances will be removed and the area is to be graded and dressed.

Construction of the new station and the site is complete except for parking lot striping, building and site corrections and modifications, and final inspections and approvals. The building is expected to be ready for occupancy in April.

Construction of new station is underway and on schedule. Interior electrical and HVAC rough-in installations are close to complete. Exterior stucco and installation of interior insulation is in progress. Most of the unsuitable soil on the site has been replaced and site grading continues.

Construction of new station is underway and on schedule. Wall masonry is substantially complete and most of roof trusses are installed. Metal roof finish is expected to be in place in late August. Interior wall framing is underway. Project completion is expected in January of 2021.

Construction of new station is underway and on schedule. Site has been graded and utility installations are underway. Building foundation has been placed. Floor slab will be installed and masonry will continue in April. Project completion is expected in January of 2021.

This Fire Station project is fully funded, and proceeding on schedule. The Construction bid was awarded to Dabbs-Williams General Contractors by City Council on 9/26/19. A Ground breaking ceremony is scheduled for 10/25/19. This replacement Fire Station is to be built on the current modular Station 14 site (480 Highlands), and is expected to begin in October and be completed late 4th quarter 2020.

This project is funded, and proceeding on schedule. Statements of Qualifications were received from contractors on 25 Jun 2019.The construction documents and bid package is being finalized for submission to Purchasing in first week of July. The Project is to be advertised for bids in July 2019.

This project is funded, and proceeding on schedule. The 90% design submittal was received from consultant on 3/18/19, and is under review. The Building permit application is under review. 100% Construction Documents preparation expected to start in first week of April, and an acceleration of design schedule is expected.
