Modification of retention pond has been completed. Site work and general contract close-outs are underway. Record documents are to be finalized.

Construction is completed and the station is in operation. Modification of retention pond will completed as soon as weather allows. Project close-out is underway. Approval of contract change order is on the agenda for the January 17 City Council meeting.

Savannah Fire and Capital Projects met with the Contractor and Architect for a Final Inspection on 1 October. Savannah Fire is expected to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy by 11 October with Savannah Fire moving in to provide service delivery from this station the week following. This Fire Station will house personnel, apparatus, and equipment for Engine company #15.

Construction is funded, and in progress for this replacement Fire Station and is expected to be completed in 3rd quarter of 2018. Recent completed work includes:
Storefront entrances installed 6/18/18,
Electric power transferred from GA Power on 6/25, and
Plumbing trim out began 6/22.
This Fire Station will house personnel, apparatus, and equipment for Engine company #15.

Construction is in progress for this replacement Fire Station and is expected to be completed in 3rd quarter of 2018. Interior stud framing will be completed by April 7th. Installation of roof finish panels and exterior stucco will start in April.

Construction is in progress with Dabbs-Williams (General Contractor). The site is cleared, and the building pad is being prepped.

Savannah Fire hosted a Gound Breaking Ceremony on 5 May 2017. The Notice to Proceed is complete, and construction started 26 June 2017.
