Building record drawings were received from design consultant in November and consultant purchase order has been paid out. Site record drawings have been partially reviewed and will be finalized, along with other close-out documentation, in 1st quarter of 2020.

Although the project is complete, staff has been working on final warranty items and a final consultant agreement amendment. The project should be completely closed out the 3rd quarter of 2018.

The Tompkins Center renovation and addition project is completed and the center re-opened in May 2017. Close-out documentation is in progress. The one-year warranty inspection was conducted on March 30.

Replacement of pre-existing sanitary sewer is underway and a storm line extension is being installed; gym floor finisher being applied which will complete construction of project.
