Final walk thru was conducted on 8-27-18. Only punchlist item remaining is tree replacement to be scheduled by end of October for Phase 2. As-built check print was received on 9-25-18 for review. Summary change order will be in October 25th council meeting for approval.

Curb and gutter was completed on 4-23-18. Asphalt binder is scheduled on 4-30-18. Asphalt topping was completed on 5-14-18. Public Infrastructure Reimbursement was processed on 5-30-18. All sidewalk and roadway work are 100% complete. Punchlist item work in progress.

60% of curb and gutter has been installed as of 11-30-17. On 12-21-17, stone GAB were compacted and curb lines graded back. All storm line testing passed on 1-25-18. 60% of paving and curb and gutter has been completed as of 1-30-18. Striping at Randolph St was completed on 2-8-18. Sidewalk and handicap ramps for B100, B200, and B400 was completed on 3-1-18. Light pole replacement on Randolph and Hull was completed on 3-1-18.

Randolph St. will be closed from 10-9-17 to 10-23-17 for gravity installation. 8" water line installation has been completed. Bacteriological testing passed on 10-4-17. Doghouse manhole installation on Randolph St. was completed on 10-27-17. Church lateral was tied in to the system on 11-6-17. 60% of curb and gutter has been installed as of 11-30-17.

All storm lines completed on 7-26-17. Water line extension in Perry Lane was completed on 8-10-17. Addendum #1 was posted in CINC on 8-25-17. Addendum #1 was posted in Agenda Plus on 8-29-17. All storm lines completed on 9-25-17.Pressure test on water line passed on 9-26-17. Addendum #1 was approved in Council on 9-28-17.This change order involves deducts from paving, grading, and drainage as well as addition of sanitary sewer gravity system. Sanitary Sewer that was previously a part of the Hitch Village Phase 3 improvements is added to this contract to provide sewer service to existing church. This Change Order eliminates the further extension of sewer main in Phase 3. Furthermore, adding the sewer line to this phase will eliminate closing Randolph Street again when Phase 3 goes under construction.

Pre-bid meeting was conducted on 3-2-17. Addendum #1 was sent to Purchasing on 3-9-17. Bid was received on 3-21-17 and opened on 3-28-17. Contract award was approved in Council on 5-11-17. Grinder installation was completed and tie-in to manhole on 5-26-17. Pre-construction conference was conducted on 6-14-17

Phase 1 completed. Phase 2 - Plans have been finalized; in the process of advertising for construction.
