Shelter for the Edgemere/Sackville Park was submitted for permitting in March 2020. Once the permitting is complete, the shelter will be installed. Installation expected in the second quarter of 2020.

The Edgemere/Sackville Park is complete and includes playground, walking trail with lights, park benches, chess/checker tables and landscaping and it is open to public for daily use and activities.

The Edgemere/Sackville Park ribbon cutting was held in May and the Park is open and includes playground,walking trail, benches, chess/checker tables and landscaping. Installment of lighting for walking trail is expected to be completed in July.

The playground was installed and opened to the public for use in January. Chess tables were ordered and expected to be delivered and installed in Mid May.

Clearing and grading of site is underway and due to inclement weather at site, installation of playground is delayed to mid January.

Edgemere/Sackville Park is under conceptual design to include property acquisition. Park development was delayed to allow for acquisition of adjacent properties and park expansion. Park will include playground, walking trail, benches, landscape and estimated completion in three to four months.

In the process of property acquisition of three lots to expand park development, which is expected to be completed by the end of June. Park development and playground installation is projected for July. In addition to the playground, a walking trail, benches and lighting will be installed.
