The City's electrical annual contractor has installed a power outlet to the site. Once the meter is set, the power outlet will be operational.

Construction of sidewalk and rubberized walking surface was completed in 2018. The contract to install five exercise stations around the walking trail was approved by City Council on March 28, 2019 and work was completed in May 2019. The contractor who installed the exercise equipment was Playworld Preferred and the contract amount was $47,068.00. A ribbon cutting was held in June 2019.

Side walk has been installed; Remaining work to complete park amenities includes installation of: two water fountains, concrete walks to connect walking trail, security lighting, irrigation system, rubberized walking trail, etc.
