During the 2nd quarter of 2020 the benches were installed and the sign was adjusted to be parallel with Clinch Street. The project is expected to be complete in July 2020.

The sitework is complete and the playground has been installed. A change order is needed to install two benches move the sign to be parallel with Clinch Street.

The sitework is currently under construction. A change order was needed to replace poor soils that were encountered on the site. The sitework is expected to be completed no later than the early 1st Quarter of 2020. Once the sitework is complete the playground installer will be able to install the playground.

Pricing for Phase I of the project was received and is expected to go before City Council in early fall of 2019. Phase I will include installing the new playground, constructing the parking lot, and installing the park sign. Construction is expected to begin by mid fall 2019.

Design work is complete. Pricing for the park was received and is currently under review.

Survey for Summerside Park has been completed and the project is currently under design. The park will include a playground, a shelter, picnic tables and benches. The design is expected to go to permitting in April 2019.

Site clearing is completed and topographic survey is being schedule for site.
After survey has been completed, a site plan showing the final layout and grading plan and a conceptual design will be developed.
