Since the fishing pier has been built and was the intent of this CIP, funding for this CIP has been reallocated. Without this funding, the two above projects cannot move forward. The CIP will be closed out.

The final permit from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources is still awaiting their approval. We cannot proceed with the erosion control project until we gain final approval. The construction of the additional dock is awaiting drawings from an engineer.

We are awaiting final permits to be issued in order for the construction along the east side of boat launch to be started. This will include the addition of rocks to help with erosion control.
