Acquisition and demolition is completed. A tenant was relocated as a result of this acquisition, and relocation assistance payments will extend through August 2019.

This project is completed. The properties have been acquired and existing structures demolished. Only slabs remain. The site is ready for redevelopment at the appropriate future time.

The City has acquired the residential property adjoining the Woody's Skatepark parcel, as was approved by Council in late 2017. The tenant has been relocated and staff is in process of demolishing the building. Demolition is expected to be completed by late May/early June.
