The Factors Walk projects are completed linearly and the wall is reassessed every other year, the last assessment having been done December of 2018. The proposed repairs at the Barnard Street Ramp are complete.

The Factors Walk projects are completed linearly and the wall is reassessed every other year, the last assessment having been done December of 2018. The proposed repairs at the Barnard Street Ramp are nearly complete, with a final inspection held in late March.

The Factors Walk projects are completed linearly and the wall is reassessed every other year, the last assessment having been done December of 2018. The work for the proposed repairs at the Barnard Street Ramp have been awarded and the work awarded. Work to begin the 4th Quarter of 2019.

The plans for repairs at 318 Williamson Street, with the inclusion of the repointing of the area of wall at Lincoln Street in the scope of work, was awarded in December and is under construction. As the 318 Williamson Street and Lincoln Street repairs near completion, the repairs east of Abercorn will go to permitting.

The plans for repairs at 318 Williamson Street have been approved and the work has been bid with the inclusion of the repointing of the area of wall at Lincoln Street in the scope of work. As the 318 Williamson Street and Lincoln Street repairs near completion, the repairs east of Abercorn will go to permitting.

Repairs to an iron staircase near 216 East Bay Street were completed and the stairs have been reopened for use. The plans for repairs at 318 Williamson Street have been approved but bidding has been delayed so as to include the repointing of the area of wall at Lincoln Street to the scope of work. Once the Lincoln Street portion of work is permitted the project will go out to bid. As the 318 Williamson Street and Lincoln Street repairs near completion, the repairs east of Abercorn will go to permitting.

Repairs to the Factors Walk Wall west of Abercorn were completed in March and are pending final inspection. The section east of Abercorn have been placed on hold as the bi-annual walk through of Factors Walk with the Engineer revealed issues at 318 Williamson Street which took precedence. The design for 318 Williamson Street was given a Certificate of Appropriateness on February 28 and currently under review in Permitting. Once 318 Williamson Street repairs nears completion, the repairs east of Abercorn will go to permitting.

Repairs to the Factors Walk Wall west of Abercorn were completed in March and are pending final inspection. The project to repair the portion of Factor's Walk Wall west of Abercorn Street Ramp is under construction with an anticipated completion date in January of 2018. The plans to repair the portion of Factor's Walk Wall east of Abercorn Street Ramp have been finalized and will go to permitting once the work west of the Abercorn Street Ramp is near completion. Also we held a walkthrough of Factors Walk with Collins Engineering on December 22nd and a list of projects for 2018 are being created.

Contract for the project to repair the portion of Factor's Walk Wall west of Abercorn Street Ramp has been awarded, approved by City Council on August 3, and the contract documents assembled. Work to begin in October.

7/3/2017 8:34:30 AM:
Project to repair portion of Factor's Walk Wall west of Abercorn Street Ramp has been bid with construction expected to begin this summer.
